I no longer offer traditional Thai Yoga anymore due to the addition of my new electric table. ( moving it to put the Thai yoga mat down has become more of a challenge)
I would love to share with you some recommended Therapists who do:

How does SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Work?
Performed fully clothed on a floor mat or table, the method of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga includes a deep, full-body compressions progressing from the feet up. It focuses on working the energy lines throughout the body, with the aim of clearing blockages in these lines, and thus stimulating the flow of blood and lymph throughout the body. Pressure points, energy meridian work, and yoga-like stretching is used for an invigorating and balancing full body experience. Perfect for anyone that wants a good stretch and a new sense of "ease" in the body. Most people comment they haven't felt that "loose" in years, and they can feel the energy in their body.
How does SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy
differ from the yoga I see in exercise classes?
SomaVeda® Thai Yoga is a hands-on experience, allowing you to truly "let go" by letting someone else do the work for you. Thai Yoga is also known as the "lazy man's yoga", getting all the benefits of yoga poses (asanas) without "doing" anything but relaxing and letting the movements happen. The health benefits are similar to traditional yoga including an enhanced sense of well being, feeling "loose and open in the joints, and feeling relaxed and more aware and settled in the body. It uses the same philosophy, science, and technology as "asana". That being said, there is a new found sense of awareness and aliveness that comes from being moved in ways you will rarely experience in more modern massage modalities.
I received my certification of Level one SomaVeda Thai Yoga massage in August 2016 from Maureen Hughes.
